Elizabeth Vargas

In May 2022 Elizabether Vargus completed her undergraduate degree at UNC Charlotte and is continuing her education by pursuing a Master’s in Social Work through the Advanced Standing Program. Elizabeth has an aray of experience working with diverse populations, notably interning at Amazing Grace Advocacy where she supported families and children facing autism, intellectual disabilities, mental health challenges, trauma, substance abuse, and neurological disorders. Her passion lies in advocating for children and families with mental health concerns, and the Latinx community. Elizabeth aspires to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker post-graduation, continuing to advocate for underserved groups, and further enriching her expertise in the field.
