Ashley Stephens

Ashley Stephens is a 1-year Advanced Standing Distance Education student in the Master of Social Work program and an IBH Scholar at UNC Charlotte. She graduated cum laude from Western Carolina University with a Bachelor’s in Social Work in 2023. Ashley has previous experience interning at an agency that supports victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. She also has worked in applied behavioral analysis (ABA) as a registered behavioral technician (RBT). Her current IBH internship is with Atrium Health Levine Children’s Healthy Futures. Ashley’s professional goal is to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and to continue working with children and families.
