Haley Meyers, MSW

I graduated with my BSW in May 2020 from UNC Charlotte! Medical social work interests me because when individuals encounter a medical setting, it can be challenging and a scary time for many. As a social worker, I am able to empower and assist individuals by ensuring they are met with the resources and guidance they need to navigate through the healthcare system. I am interested in working with children with chronic and terminal illnesses, as well as working in crisis and trauma. After obtaining my MSW, I will pursue my LCSW, and hope to open up my own private practice later on in my career.
