Maya Sayanim MSW
Maya Sayani is currently completing her second year in the Master’s in Social Work program at the UNC Charlotte. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education with a minor in psychology from UNC Charlotte in 2021. Her previous experience includes working with students ages 2 to 18 in a school setting as an intern and student teacher. She also completed a year-long internship with Quality Comprehensive Healthcare, serving as a case manager, data manager, and substance abuse counselor. Maya will be interning at Levine Cancer Institute where she will be collaborating with a team of medical professionals in order to provide clinical support for patients. After graduating from the program, Maya hopes to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and continue work with a focus on children and families.
