Tiffany Nixon, MSW

Tiffany graduated from UNC Charlotte with her bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in Public Health. After graduating, she began working at a Title I charter school, which led her to pursue the profession of social work. Tiffany volunteered at Safe Alliance as a Rape Crisis Companion. During her first year in the MSW program, Tiffany interned with Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools. She is currently interning with Behavioral Health Integration. Tiffany is a member of Phi Alpha Honor Society. She has a passion for advocating for social change and mental health. Tiffany’s professional goal is to help eliminate disparities and barriers vulnerable populations face that hinder their life outcomes. More specifically, Tiffany is interested in medical social work and obtaining her LCSW. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering, reading, serving at church, and shopping.
