Vivian Nguyen

Vivian Nguyen is a first-generation Asian American student in the traditional 2-year Master of Social Work program and an IBH scholar at UNC Charlotte. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2022. Vivian is passionate about using her scientific background to improve healthcare outcomes. Her experiences as a first-generation college graduate shape her commitment to fostering inclusivity and advocating for equitable healthcare access for all. She is currently interning at Atrium Health Primary Care Davidson Clinic in Pediatrics and Family Medicine. After graduation, Vivian plans to pursue a License in Clinical Social Work (LCSW).
